HUB INTERNATIONAL LLC LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS:

Hub International LLC ("Hub") warrants the plastic on this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

This warranty does not cover defects due to: accidents of any kind, including dropping the product, installation and operation contrary to the instructions which come with the product, including misuse, abuse, and negligence, cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage due to improper maintenance. This warranty is valid only in the United States. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER; HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

HOW YOU CAN GET SERVICE AND WHAT HUB WILL DO:

To obtain warranty service for the plastic components of this product, you MUST call the number below within 1 year from the date you purchased this product. You may be instructed to deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the address below and provide proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt which evidences that the unit is within the warranty period. Hub will replace or repair the product as necessary, and will reimburse your incurred shipping costs in returning the product. Please do not return the product to Hub unless specifically instructed to do so. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

RETURN POLICY

All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt. To return an item, contact Hub International at revolution@thehandstand.com. We are unable to accept returns past 30 days. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
